By accessing ecflowing.com and purchasing any digital product through our store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Delivery

All products sold on ECflow are digital goods (PDFs, ZIP files). Upon successful payment, products are delivered instantly via download link. No physical items are shipped.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds after download. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact support@ecflowing.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to PDF guides, templates, checklists, and website content, is the intellectual property of ECflow. Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of purchased materials is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

ECflow provides products on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, revenue, or results from using our guides and templates.
